Welcome to XM Profit Waves. By accessing our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- All information provided on this platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
- You are responsible for any decisions made based on the content available on XM Profit Waves.

Account Registration:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Savings Terms:
- Traders must save a minimum of 10,000 Naira in their XM Profit Waves wallet to be eligible for 4.5% compound interest on their wallet balance monthly.
- Interest is calculated and compounded daily (Monday to Friday).
- Withdrawals can only be made once every 30 days.
- Internal transfers between members' wallets are allowed at any time.
- Refer a friend to earn 0.5% of his/her daily reward which can be withdrawn to bank
- Earn at least ₦5,000 from referral daily rewards to be eligible for withdrwal
- No third-party interference is permitted; the funding and receiving account must bear the same name as the user's account.
- Payments can be made via integrated payment gateways or through local and online bank transfers.

- Minimum deposit: ₦10,000
- Maximun account equity: ₦700,000

- Minimum withdrawal: ₦10,000
- Maximun withdrawal: ₦500,000

Early Withdrawal Charges
- Withdrawal request before the due date of 30 working days will incur 30% charches on the withdrawal amount
- Early withdrawals must be requested personally via a support ticket
